Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DOB Connect mobile application ("the App") provided by EDIATTAH Conseils & Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
- 1.1 Eligibility: By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
- 1.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to modify, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent.
- 1.3 Account Creation: Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
2. Content and Intellectual Property
- 2.1 Ownership: All content available on the App, including text, graphics, images, trademarks, and logos, is our property or licensed to us. You acknowledge that you have no ownership or intellectual property rights in the App or its content.
- 2.2 User-Generated Content: You may have the opportunity to submit or post content on the App. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, modify, adapt, and display your content in connection with the App.
3. Privacy
- Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- When using the App, you agree not to:
- 4.1 Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- 4.2 Engage in unauthorized access, tampering, or interference with the App or its systems.
- 4.3 Transmit or distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- 4.4 Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- 4.5 Harass, threaten, or infringe upon the rights of others.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including any errors or omissions in the content.
6. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.
7. Modification and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or these Terms at any time without notice. You may discontinue your use of the App at any time.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ivory Coast. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ivory Coast.
9. Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
